Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wonder8Funnel ("Platform"), operated by Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is available at funnel8.wonder4marketing.com and provides tools for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other advertising networks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

You must have a valid Meta (Facebook) Business account and ad account with an active payment method to use the campaign creation features of the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@wonder4marketing.com.

4. Platform Services

Wonder8Funnel provides the following services:

Campaign Builder: A guided wizard for creating Meta advertising campaigns including campaign configuration, creative asset management, AI-powered ad copy generation, and campaign launch via Meta's Marketing API.

Intake System: A comprehensive business questionnaire that captures your business details to personalize campaign creation and AI recommendations.

Reporting: Performance dashboards and reports showing your advertising campaign metrics pulled from Meta's API.

AI Assistant (Mark8): An AI-powered assistant that generates ad copy, provides campaign recommendations, and analyzes performance data.

5. Meta Platform Integration

The Platform integrates with Meta's Marketing API to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf. By connecting your Meta account:

You authorize us to access your Meta ad accounts, Pages, and related data as permitted by the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization flow. You understand that campaigns created through our Platform will be submitted to your Meta ad account and that all advertising costs are billed directly by Meta to your payment method on file with Meta. We do not process or handle advertising payments.

All campaigns are created in PAUSED status by default. You are responsible for reviewing and activating campaigns. Once activated, Meta will begin delivering your ads and charging your ad account according to your budget settings.

You can revoke our access to your Meta data at any time through your Facebook Settings under Business Integrations.

6. Advertising Content

You are solely responsible for all content used in your advertising campaigns, including images, videos, text, and any other creative materials. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the right to use all content you upload to the Platform. Your advertising content complies with Meta's Advertising Policies, applicable laws, and regulations. Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Your content is truthful and not misleading.

We reserve the right to refuse to create or publish campaigns that we believe violate these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate suggested ad copy, headlines, and campaign recommendations. You understand that:

AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed and edited by you before use. You are ultimately responsible for all content published in your campaigns, including AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI-generated content should be reviewed for compliance with Meta's advertising policies before publishing.

8. Fees and Payment

Access to Wonder8Funnel may require a subscription fee. Current pricing is available on the Platform. Subscription fees are separate from and in addition to any advertising costs charged by Meta for your campaigns.

We do not charge commissions on your advertising spend. Meta bills you directly for all advertising costs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including creative assets and business information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing our services to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDER 4 MARKETING INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of revenue or profits from advertising campaigns; campaign performance that does not meet expectations; Meta platform changes that affect campaign delivery; temporary unavailability of the Platform or Meta's APIs; AI-generated content that does not perform as expected.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that campaigns created through the Platform will achieve specific results, including specific numbers of leads, conversions, or return on investment.

12. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@wonder4marketing.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Active campaigns on Meta will continue running until you pause or delete them directly in Meta Ads Manager. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Compliance with Meta Policies

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Advertising Policies. You acknowledge that Meta may review, approve, or reject any advertising content submitted through our Platform, and that such decisions are made solely by Meta.

14. SMS & Communications Consent

By creating an account on Wonder8Funnel and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Wonder 4 Marketing Inc. related to your use of the Platform, including lead notifications, campaign alerts, appointment reminders, performance reports, and billing notifications.

Message frequency varies; typically 1-15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages are sent via Twilio, our third-party messaging provider. For full details, please review our SMS & Communications Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
