Data Deletion Request
In compliance with Meta Platform policies and data protection regulations, you can request the deletion of all data associated with your Wonder8Funnel account. This includes your account information, business data from the Intake Form, creative assets, campaign data, and Meta access tokens.
Upon receiving your request, we will delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
You can also revoke Wonder8Funnel's access to your Facebook data at any time through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

What gets deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, the following data is permanently removed from our systems: account profile (email, name, hashed password), business intake form responses, uploaded creative assets (images, videos), campaign builds and drafts, performance reports cached on our servers, and Meta long-lived access tokens.
What may be retained
We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you individually for analytics and product improvement purposes. We may also retain limited records when required by law (tax, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance).
